Blechschneiden mit dem Laser
 

     Since September 2004, Metal Production Departament offers the service of sheet metal laser cutting. Laser allows  for the most versatile, precise and effective cutting the  details of any shapes. Achieved precisions are of the  range  +/- 0,1mm for the wide range of materials such as:  construction steel, noble steel, aluminium. We dispose the  laser cutter adjusted in a range of 200 to 4000W (CO₂  laser).

The maximum dimension of metal sheet cut is
2000 x 6000 mm !!!

The thickness of cut materials:

• construction steel: to 20mm,

• noble steel: to 16mm,

• aluminium sheets: to 10mm.

    Details cut using the laser in majority do not need further additional processing.
